In addition, when using this websites particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. Also, all the opinions shared in the forums are of the respective individuals and CareerCrucible has no influence or control over them, and is neither directly nor indirectly linked to any of these statements.
Monitoring of the website
CareerCrucible has the right, but not the obligation, at its sole discretion to monitor and modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect or feature of the website including, but not limited to, content, equipment and/or software required for access or use of the Site/page.

CareerCrucible neither takes responsibility/warranty for the services nor promises any outcomes. We try our best to get the best professionals on board and address issues that may arise related to technology. The client and the counselor are in charge of what goes on in the consultation session. The clients are responsible for any and all decisions/actions they take in their lives and CareerCrucible or the counselor cannot be held responsible for it.
CareerCrucible ‘Counselors’
We at CareerCrucible try our best to verify each counselor. But CareerCrucible can neither be held responsible for their accuracy and authenticity, or reliability. Information written on the blogs is for informational and educational purposes only and is completely owned by the Author. CareerCrucible takes no liability for the validity of the information or your reliance on it.
CareerCrucible Counselors have a contractual relationship with us under which they are allowed to use our platform and technology to provide services to you. We assume no responsibility for the actions, advice or any other information they provide through the CareerCrucible platform.
By submitting his/her information on careercrucible.com/profile/, a counselor agrees to receive calls from CareerCrucible clients anytime between 11 am to 9 pm on all days.
Incentives for Counselors: A counselor will get a minimum of INR200 for 10 calls*. This may go upto INR1000 for 10 calls depending on individual counselor’s feedback from CareerCrucible clients. Authority to increase in incentive amount lies in the sole discretion of CareerCrucible. CareerCrucible is not answerable to any queries regarding the increase in the incentive amount.
Calls: A call will be valid only if lasts atleast 10 minutes. For a counselor, a maximum of 2 calls will be counted as valid from same number.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We at CareerCrucible are committed to protecting your privacy and security and have explained in detail the process and exceptions for the same in our Privacy Policy.
However, there are exceptions to maintaining privacy in the event where anyone presents a serious danger to themselves or another person, if you report physical or sexual abuse of a minor, or if a valid subpoena is received for your records, or your records are otherwise subject to a court order or other legal process requiring disclosure.
Changes in terms and conditions
CareerCrucible reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any point in time. If changes occur, they will be a part of the agreement we have with you as soon as they are posted.
